It's time for tea - this is a beautiful painting of a vintage teapot, a sugar packet, and a fern. This still life painting is by Florida artist Mary Hubley, showing the tea pot and other still life objects from above. The angles and composition show the edge of the elements going off the page. The tea pot and sugar means it's tea time! This image looks beautiful in the kitchen or in a dining room nook. It's the perfect print for someone who loves art as well as tea. Perhaps the teapot collector in your life would like a tea gift!
I've been painting the coast since I could first hold a crayon at my Grandmother's beach hotel in Ocean City, New Jersey. I grew up with an artist mother and a father who went fishing on his boat every weekend. I worked for many years in the corporate world as an editor and illustrator. Now I spend most of my time painting around the marshes and sandy locales on my Florida island. I'm an award-winning artist and sell my work online and through several prominent galleries.
